Online impersonator Reports & Reviews (1)

My mother in law called into what she thought was Disney Cruise Line to change the name on an excursion for an upcoming cruise. She was told by the representative that since 3 rooms were booked at the same time, we qualified for a 20% discount. The discount would be refunded to the credit cards that we provided but the new fare price had to be charged again. 2 days later I received a phone call and voicemail from said representative that claimed I filed a dispute and to call back to the number provided to get it taken care of. I called the Disney Cruise Line customer service number instead and after they researched our accounts, let us know that the person, phone number, and email address were not affiliated with Disney and that we had been scammed.
