I was scammed out of $1,120. My mother was in the hospital and had locked herself out of her house. I called this company to help. The guy arrived and stated that it would be $300 fee if he unlocks the door using my key, and $580+ if he has to use his tools. He wasn't able to unlock the front door, but was able to lift the garage door and unlock the door to the house. He wrote the invoice for $1,160 for less than an hour of work on site. My mother was in the hospital, it was my birthday and I began crying after he told me the price was firm. He took $40 which doesn't matter when I was not told that this was going to be more than $1,000. I would have told him to stop if it were more than $1,000. I sent him the money via Venmo, and after reviewing... he wrote his name as "Ben" on the invoice but I sent money to "Omer". I feel completely scammed by this daylight robbery. I was desperate and alone, and this company took full advantage and preyed upon it.
