I have made various attempts to obtain my merchandise or my money but they keep responding the same thing.

This is the message I have been receiving from them:

Dear

We are sorry to hear that you have not received the package yet. I understand your disappointment at this moment, but we did send it to your address via the china post and you haven't received it yet.

Have you tried contacting your local post office to inquire about package information? The lost package may be found.
