The order said it was sent, I received an email saying my address needed to be updated. Once it was updated I was then charged again and was told more product was being sent. I contacted the company and explained I needed a refund for the first product as it was sent back to them per tracking. They just continued to send me links to cancel or place a return on a product I never got. Then tried to tell me it was over the period of time. I am still fighting for my money back.

I cancelled subscription they charged me anyways. I sent multiple emails telling them and told them to make sure they cancelled my subscription and never charge me again. After multiple emails they still charged me again. $246 in fraudulent charges.
