Olivia NY / Harper & Wells Boston Reports & Reviews (1)

Olivia NY and Harper & Wells Boston are both ripping people off by selling extremely cheap dresses at moderately high prices ($65.00 and $50.00 respectively), and not revealing at the point of purchase that if the dress doesn't fit and you try to return it for a refund, you will have to pay shipping and "restocking fees" otherwise you can keep the dress and they'll only refund you 15 or 20%!!! Even if you wanted a different size you'd still have to pay for those fees! They also neglect to reveal that the dresses are 100% polyester which I would never have bought. So because I didn't like the quality of the dress, and didn't want to pay shipping and fees, on a $65 dress, I just got back $12.50!! Also the reviews they have on their site I think are fraudulent, because I've now dug deeper online and see lots of negative reviews.
