I ordered family holiday pajamas from website that was having a pre-black Friday deal on Old Navy Holiday Pajamas . The website seemed very authentic with the Old Navy Logo. I made the purchase on 10-21 and my account was debited on 10/21 POS/ Victficonline Fashio912-9470372NY US - I was told the order would take 15 to 20 days to arrive. On day 17 i looked at the tracking ad saw that it said my package has been delivered but i did not receive my package. I responded to the email i received for my order and advise my package is showing delivered but did not receive it . They were very accommodating and advised they will expedite the shipping to replace my order . The new package will arrive in 7-10 days. On day 10 I did not receive my package and check the shipping tracking ; it showed my package had been delivered once again. I reached back out to the company, and I was advised they will reimburse me 70% of what I paid for my order. I advised them that was unacceptable, and I want a full refund. The agreed and advised it will take 15-20 days due to the holiday for the refund . I agreed and on day went when I did not receive my refund I reached back out to the company and was told there was an error and they will resubmit the refund to my account . Once again it will take 15-20 days. I reached out again and advised the refund has not been received . When I received an email back, I got what looked like an automated email saying I will get a credit, but it will take time due to the high volume at the bank . I responded back saying this is a lie and would like a number to speak with someone. And I received the same automated message back that I did previously. At this time, I went to my bank to file a dispute, but it was too late as I miss the cut off to file a dispute by a few days. I continue to email the company in hopes that I will get my money back but I know it’s a lost cause and that I have been scammed.
