They had a website up for customizable fathers day gift and promised it would come a few days after fathers day. It had now come and passed. When i emailed them they claimed it had shipped. I contacted them a week later and they again said it had shipped and the reason my app didnt update is because they didnt put the info in and would get back to me. I then messaged again for the shipping info and no response. Also when i click on the website through the shop app it shows customizable videos instead of all the stuff they had. Along with their tiktok all the old videos were deleted and updated with the customizable videos.
