They said I owed money to a bank in 2010-2013 I contacted the bank they sent me to their fraud department said they had no information on me and also said that if I did owe money they would of wrote it off as a loss after 7 years they are harassing my family these are the numbers they have used 380-204-0817 1-888-341-7154 1-844-660-7105 they also called back two mins later asking for someone different I do not owe anything I have also filed a police report because the fraud department of the bank said I needed to so I did

I was called by +19032661553 qhe neglected to give his name and said that he was collecting a debt and needed personal information to verify who i was. He transferred me to a bill spencer who was very aggressive and he basically said i have a civil suit filed against me and if i dont pay i will be placed in jail. I immediately hung up when he asked for my personal information. The same 2 individuals called my family members, place of work and gave out personal information, case number and let them know they were looking for me or they would put me in jail following a civil suit.

When i called "bill" to get additional info he was very aggressive when i asked for an official letter detailing the dept and how to resolve, saying he nor his firm does not do that. When i asked him why the 903 number comes up as a tractor company in tyler, tx and his address on file comes up as a UPS Store in Riverside, CA he yelled at me and hung up in my face. He is currently trying to scam me out of 589.14 dollars. Q
