I came across this business of Facebook and placed an order but never received the items. I spent almost $100 and they refuse to refund my money.

I bought 2 gaming tables. It was supposed to be buy one get one free. I seen the ad on instagram so I thought what a good deal. Never received the product after several attempts to contact them

I ordered these two game boards that were buy one get one free on December 7, 2024. I have not received these boards. I contacted the company support line and they said they would replace the board. Supposedly they resent them and they were delivered. this has happened twice and I have not seen any of these boards. They’re not at my neighbors house so I don’t know where they’re being delivered or if they’re even being shipped I’ve made multiple attempts to try to get a refund or the board replaced and this still has not been resolved.
