I received an offer in the mail to purchase my Prudential stocks. I followed the instructions and mailed it back. I was to receive a check 7 to 10 days from confirmation of transfer of stocks. I received an email from Prudential that the stocks transferred on July 29, 2026. I then received an email stating that the stocks transferred. I then waited for my check, it didn't come. I emailed them several times. I also called them. They said I can call again next week to check on the status of my check. Today is August 20th. Poor customer service and no check.
