On April 24th I ordered $117 of product from NUVARY. I contacted them 3 weeks later and they said it was delayed as they receive their product from China. They started sending me updates on shipping status that were absolutely false. I contacted them no less than 12 times. Finally I told them I just wanted my money back. Then I got an email stating that the product had been delivered and that I would have to file a complaint with the post office, this was on June 2. There is no phone number for them and as I look I cant even find where they are located. My fault for not looking closer before I ordered. The funny thing is they respond to all my emails but I think they may be generated by AI.
