Feb 10,2026 i bought a red light therapy neck band that was supposed to come with a serum and cream to help firm and tighten skin. I have never received a product. Still waiting on it. The offer was for $39.99 and my card was charged $399.99. They also charged our debit card 399.99 for a “subscription” we never agreed to. Also have seen multiple others be scammed from this this company. Try to contact them to no avail. Attached is my order receipt. I’m reporting this Nurabeam as a scamming company. Once you make your purchase and are charged the 399.99 they ghost you.
