Nudent.com subscription repeatedly ships after promised cancellation

I mistakenly ordered on a subscription for their product. Once I received a second shipment, I asked them to cancel the subscription. The company said yes, of course. Taken care of. And then, I received a subsequent shipment. They said, we're sorry, the shipment is already in progress. The subscription is cancelled. and then, an advice of ANOTHER shipment. I have asked for a refund. They have refused to make that accommodation.
