We ordered a dress online several weeks ago and never received a shipment confirmation until after I reached out to them via email. After I reached out via email almost immediately I received a shipment confirmation from Young track. Even included a tracking number. But over the weeks, I noticed that the package never changed locations and the tracking said shipment information received as it status and it never changed from that. So then I began emailing the company more frequently asking for status updates and they were responding regularly saying I understand your concern and it is being shipped as quick as possible type of thing. But my last three emails I sent to them where I began to express doubt and validity, they have stopped responding. That is why I am now escalating it to ScamPulse.com.
