Type of a scam: Online Purchase

My first experience with this company was them informing me that I was going to be charged for a recurring $299.99 a month subscription to some health supplement. I emailed them telling them that I had not placed the order and asking them to cancel the order, and they emailed me back saying they were capturing IP addresses and that I had in fact placed the order, and that it would be too late to refund or cancel the order. I emailed them back notifying them that I capture IP addresses too and have not in fact placed any order with their company, and they sent me back my "IP address" (which was in fact not valid and NOT any of the IP addresses I use) and instructions to text them for a refund (which is strange given that no money has been deducted from any of my accounts) along with some texts and ads for their product and their MLM, trying to tell me that I've been made a salesman for their company. Needless to say, at this point I'm almost ready to go to the police because this company is clearly trying to set up either to phish for my REAL bank account information, or just wants me to present more personal info so they can continue to send high pressure ads.
