Nu life lied to us

They pose as a Alberta government agency and need to install water filter for mandate of Government, they said we will not pay anything for this is a government project. We agreed and give of info including bank accounts. Now they are charging us $91 every month for 10 years for a small filter., which too expensive.

We got scammed with NU life

Same case with other complainants, they also tricked us that they are government agency and will not charge anything for the filtration, they also did not disclose there is amount involve. So we signed the form and convince us to give them our bank account. It was on March 2019, and they start charging us for $91 every month which is a big sum of money, they said the contract will be until Apr. 2029. This is highway robbery.

The owner Tresor Kikendule and his brother Nick Kikendule change the name of their corporation every few months after their lies catch up with them. They sell water filters and other home improvement products on the basis of being from the government and having pre-approved programs in order to get free products. They then take your information (including banking) and set you up for PAD without your knowledge for a 10 year contract. They work with the credit company CHICC. Their previous name within the past 12 months alone have also been: Alberta Clean Water and NU Life Quality Care. There is video of them circulating on Facebook scamming in Fort McMurray.

These guys go house to house, claiming the government is checking their water. Then claim the government through epcore or enmax has a pre-approved program to give water filters that will reduce your bill. They use replacement forms that have no company name attached. They show a government license that is not registered. They then scam you into signing for a 10 year contract for said items. They are funded by ***.
