I ordered a one-time eye mask but they made it into a monthly subscription. Their website does not allow me to cancel it. They have no other contact info listed.

The product as described and shown on its website is not the product I received. I received a package of standard cheap eyemasks significantly less robust than the product shown. All of the writing on the individual packets is in Chinese. Lutein? Who knows? I contacted the company letting them know about the product inconsistencies and I was told I could return them at my expense. No comment about my observation. I also submitted a negative review which has not yet been published on its website.
