I purchased from a book site on fb that said unlimited access for just $9.99 then it would be a weekly take unless I cancel the subscription. NOWHERE on the site does it say how to cancel it and several attempts to message and/or email went unanswered and/or ignored!

Was reading a story and had to subscribe to continue. Made an account and paid for unlimited subscription and finished story. Tried to read another story and can’t get past chapter 4 says I have to buy subscription.

I signed up for a week of unlimited access to a book/story service via facebook from Noveliax.com. However, after closing my browser, i have been unable to access the account. I emailed the POC at [email protected] to cancel my subscription. No response and a second charge of $39.99 was made to my credit card.
