I purchased pet accident pads from this web site and was then charged a monthly "VIP membership" fee of $59.99 twice before I realized what was happening. The company claims I was notified at the time of purchase and agreed to this. I do not recall seeing anything about this on the website at the time of the purchase. Attached is the receipt for the purchase of the accident pads which I paid almost $30 a piece for.
