Novanord scams...

Claim a 90-day warranty - but the product is always on sale, which makes the warranty only 30-days AND you are required to use it 20-days in a row. This is just an awkward stimulation device that activates when it senses movement - it certainly does not work as advertised (similar to Inspire medical device). Also, beware - I cannot find an address for this business, there is no presence for them at the BBB - it is like they do not exists. Complete scam

Buried deep in the “terms” is a paragraph about the company automatically enrolling you in “your club” membership for $39.99 a month. The product only cost $60 dollars to begin with. They also tell you that you only have 6 hours to make any disputes or get a refund despite telling you right on the website you have a 90 day satisfaction window. When you try to call them the number doesn’t work. You have to email and hope for the best. They also claim they are “made in America” but all signs and addresses point to Hong Kong. Slimy tactics at best. Outright fraud at worst.
