I ordered two items from a clothing website that was advertised through a Facebook ad. The clothing that I received from a Chinese company were vastly inferior products. One item was supposed to be a thick knitted sweater with 3D embroidered embellishments. What was received was a cheap hoodie with a 2D printed picture on it. Same with the second product, a dress. Was to be a linen dress with a 3D embroidery design, but received a cheap fabric dress with a 2D printed design. I paid $100.98 total for these two items through PayPal. I have complained to the Service department, that offered me a 20% off coupon for my displeasure. When I had to argue through multiple emails that their offer was lacking, I kept getting the runaround. They asked me to send the items back, at my cost. It would cost over $50 to ship the inferior items back, and they alone were not $50, so I refused. They offered me a refund of $24, which I said was inadequate. I filed one grievance through PayPal for the first item, and when the second item finally appeared in the mail, I immediately planned to file another grievance through PayPal for it. I informed the seller that I had planned on doing so as soon as I can take additional photos. To summarize, I purchased two items from Novaney online, paid $100.98 for 2 beautiful items, received two vastly inferior products, and I am receiving a refund runaround with the Service department of the company.
