I ordered dresses off of a site I saw on Facebook called novaelyraxo. The carrier was jifan. [email protected]. They said it was delivered and it wasn't, then they said they resent it and it was delivered again and it wasn't. Can you help me with this or was I scammed? Thank you. I included the picture of the person and site.

Ordered a 10 pack of summer dresses on May 4, 2026 and followed the tracking number for a month. Finally said my order was delivered via DHL and I never received it. Was given a non-existing fake e-mail for contact as well as a fake phone number at the time of ordering for questions or concerns on my order. I had seen the advertisement on Facebook.

I ordered online I got confirmation it’s been a month I was told my order was delivered I contacted them and told them I have not received it. Told me to check my neighbor!! I have not received any thing!!! Now they are saying they shipped it lol I have not gotten anything!!! These a holes. I can’t stand to be ripped off by china !!! Please don’t order from china

I placed an order on the website. It took forever. I contacted them and asked when it was going to ship. They said be patient and then 32 days later it's been delivered and I have nothing. I contact them they said that maybe it was delivered to a neighbor or wrong address. They claim they're starting an investigation. It's all just a big scam! I kept receiving updated tracking information up to the point it got to Toledo to the sorting facility and then never delivered even though they claim it's been delivered.

I continuously kept seeing the ad for this clothing site everywhere from Facebook, TikTok, game ads, etc. I looked at the reviews, they were all good. I googled it and it said that it was a clothing distributor. Here we are two weeks later and I just googled them again, now it's saying that it's possible it could be a scam. I tried to contact them through the "contact us" information on the website, however, it was sent back undelivered. The email was undelivered because the account did not exist.
