I received a call from Coby who stated he was a sales representative from Nova Imaging Supplies. He said he is our copier supplier and asked to verify the copy machine we have. He said the price of the toner had gone up, but he was going to get us locked in on the price that we had already been paying. He said someone from the billing team would reach out to me the next day to confirm the order and get the toner shipped. The entire interaction I felt that something was off and I should have known better, but I followed through. The order was confirmed and we received the toner early last week. I just received our invoice in the mail for the amount of $498.00. When looking up the toner online, the cost of it is only $65. I also checked the address they have listed on the invoice and it's an address for a UPS in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
