Type of a scam COVID-19

Covid test site scam! They send you a link to fill out personal information including pictures of your ID and insurance cards. Then you are instructed to text Raven Villareal to schedule an appointment. She schedules me an appointment and had me meet her at a cite. It was a parking structure! It was not even an actual test site. She then comes to your vehicle with her cellphone and a test kit. During the entire process she is not wearing gloves and has long black fingernails. She takes a picture of you and signs something on her phone in your behalf, because it’s contactless she just does it. never reads us the disclosures, or provides it before hand. She then hands the swab over for you to do yourself. I made my appointment on January 6th, I didn’t receive results. I took a rapid test because I need results for work and was positive. I finally received results January 17 late at night. The results were negative, and it was done during the time I showed symptoms. The signatures on the results and the licensing that is on there looks like it was cut and paste. It does not look valid.
