Type of a scam Online Purchase

So on Amazon and other sites they advertise a facial serum for $4.95 shipping and handling. That is it. I got the first order and did not like the product . I agreed to a one time shipment. After depositing a work check in my account I noticed that I was short of funds. I went in and talked to banker and she gave me a statement and there was a charge for $99.15 from Coffee bean in Alta Dena , California. I live in Hawaii and have not been to Altadena. So I asked the bank to investigate the charge and I disputed it. Today when I got home I got another package of face serum from them . I was being honest and called them to tell them that I received double shipment and would send it back that I did not want to be charged for another shipment of $4.95, that I was not happy with the product and that I woud send the first shipment back- The man said no worries, that I had already paid for 1 month supply for $99.15.

I told him I did not agree- I never orderd a month supply.He said if I go to my bank and do a three way call that he would refund my money. Only if there was not a dispute filed. And if the bank would cancel that investigation then I could get my money back "without a hassle". So I went to the bank and talked to the manager and he tried calling, however they want my account number to refund the money- I had never given them my account number- just a debit card that it now cancelled.

I then went online to research this company and found numerous complaints describing the same thing that happened to me.
