I made an online purchase in October 2025, never received it or tracking info for the item. Then I started receiving monthly charges for a membership that I both opted out of and cancelled numerous times both online and on phone with customer service. I received no cancellation confirmation even when requested for proof and they tried to hassle me on the refunds by only offering 50% back of the charges. Big scam, buyer beware
