They a scam and will keep lieing to u and no product

Order Dave east glasses 6 months ago sent me a fake shipping lable saying it's post to get shipp 6 months later still nothing and if u keep saying something to them about your product they will stop responding they will take your money they will come with all kind of accuse of why u haven't received your product they are just a bunch of liars big facts

Dishonest scammers

Website will let you order anything listed, then they never send anything. After complaining through email they send automatic replies that they will look into it but never do. After over a year of them having my money and sending nothing,The “owner”reached out saying he’ll give me credit to make up for the inconvenience, when I tried to place another order the same thing happens and I don’t get anything for another couple months. When something finally arrives from them it’s less than half the items I ordered and after multiple complaints still nothing. So for over $700 I got the wrong glasses and wrong tshirt but never anything I actually ordered.
Worse internet purchase I’ve ever made. This company will not honor its word and make up tragedy stories for the delays if you’re even lucky enough to get a person to answer. Stay away, don’t waste your money

. Purchased a pair of sunglasses, but received only an empty case. The company is cheating people out of money. The owner gives a lot of promises which are not delivered. Scam, scam and scammers! The owner is a liar! Don’t trust! Don’t buy! Sends empty promises. No merchandise!

My experience with my purchase went well. I did read previous reviews & took a chance. Going thru Paypal will make it rite if something goes wrong. There are "pre-order" items on there with dates provided to inform when they ship out. Maybe this info wasnt available in previous orders but the website does provide this info now. I recommend them. Owner will reach out over any issues.

I guess I’m going to have to wait 30 days to contact my credit card company. I’ve tried to email them but, it comes back as undeliverable. Sadly, this is why it’s hard to patronize these businesses. I ordered the Aunt Viv glasses @$950.00! So damn pissed. The owner of the company called me back when I left a message about ordering them. It’s radio silence now. So unprofessional.

I see I'm not the only one scammed, paid 460usd for neo waveson glasses last christmas. Asked Nouvintage about my order and they kept giving extended delivery dates. Months went by and delivery dates passed. When I started sending emails requesting a refund, Nouvintage "suddenly" stopped replying to my emails. Tried calling but the phone number doesnt even get you anyone. had to contact my bank to reverse payments for item not recieved.

I personally like to be fair. So originally I was stressing because my order was taking forever. About a month later my glasses arrived. The owner of the company spoke to me directly & even apologized for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company. The glasses are [censored]ing amazing. Definitely worth the wait . I do advise that when you order something on there website , check if it says pre order ! That [censored] is trash ????‍♂️ Get the ones in stock . It would be better if when the glasses get shipped I get charged. I don’t like the fact that I pay first and wait on you guys to deliver, but I guess that’s the price you pay when you shop online ?

Nouvintage is a scam

I ordered 2 pairs of pre order glasses back in September 2021. It is now May 2022 and I have not recieved my orders. I've contacted Nouvintage again again to request a refund but they have not responded to emails and their contact phone number is invalid. I'm at a loss of $500. Save yourself the frustration. Do not buy anything from Nouvintage or you'll be ripped off like the rest of us .
