I ordered a shirt from this company, Nouvette, and it took several weeks to receive and was obviously inferior quality. It had no label and was much smaller than a normal size Large, with thin fabric. I emailed their Support group as the shirt did not fit my husband and they asked for pictures with measurements, which at that point I knew they would come back and say the size was accurate to a Large. As expected, they refused to accept the return, saying they could only return if the issue was their fault. Such a ridiculous return policy, with obvious intent to take money as opposed to doing right by the consumer. I went to put a review on their Facebook page and it was filled with other comments of this nature; I did not put anything there because I didn't want my personal information to be linked to them. If there is a safe way for me to publicly share my story, I would be willing to do so.
