Seller provided SDH shipping tracking number. The carrier reported delivery to post office PO Box. Package was supposed to go to home physical address. Post office has no record of receiving any package on my behalf during timeframe. When pressed for a USPS tracking number, the number was not for me. Post office confirmed that number corresponded to a different customer from a different sender. Possible the tracking number was fraudulently “re-used”. In summary, package never received, but seller denies refund since carrier claims delivery complete.
