I received an email stating that $299.00 would be deducted from my account for Norton Secured which i do not use. I called the number and after explaining the situation, asked the man who answered if he knew who I was. He said he did but when pressed for an answer he could not tell me.

When asked what account he was going to bill he could not answer. When asked where he was calling form he said Uganda.
