Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to report a scam involving individuals falsely claiming to represent Norton. I found a webpage titled "How to Cancel Norton Subscription Stop Auto Renewal" that displayed the phone number 878-678-0100 as a support contact. After calling, I was instructed to purchase Amazon gift cards to supposedly cancel my subscription and prevent automatic renewal. The caller claimed the gift card codes were required to process my request, which I later discovered was fraudulent. I believe these scammers are misusing Norton's name to deceive customers and steal money. Please investigate this phone number and take appropriate action to protect others from similar scams.
