Sweepstakes stating your chances are better if you send money. North shore animal league America is in Washington, NY but sweepstakes address in Washington DC. does not exist. My sister has sent money for years. Her mind is slow and it was hard to convince her to not send anymore. Her argument was she wants to save the animals. This needs to stop

My Name is *** *** *** ** ***, phone: ***. I have dimensha. This scheme started by mail, they said it was donations for the Northshore Animal League America. I have been sending money in small and bigger amounts for the last 2 months to a PO Box: 97001, Washington DC 20090-7001. The final payment of Grand Price is: $25,000. I was told that three people so far have won, doing the same thing I am doing, sending them money to the PO Box. As far as I knew it was making donations to this animal charity. I don't know Names of who is receiving the money I send to them, just the company Name. I can make money payments of $5,7,25, 50. I have sent money quite a few times. I am a retired Military in Vietanam. I am a 20 year Veteran. I am 82 years old. I will be 83 in Feburary.
