The website claims to sell tobacco pouches with 2 day delivery. After multiple emails with the company over a period of weeks I was told they had an issue with shipping and my order would be canceled and refunded. It has now been 5 days since then and no refund verification email or payment has been recived.

Order was originally placed February 2.
