Applying for jobs and received an email about wanting to move forward with the application process. Received the job description (which I thought was again) and background on the company that you would do normally. Went through the process, received an interview that was all chat messages in Teams, that would then be passed onto HR. Thought "Ok weird, but the company seems to check out and is in Germany. Maybe they need to translate my answers before making a decision." Thought it was all good, until I received the offer, and they want a document signed stating that time entries would be via email, I would purchase the equipment they state to buy, and anything given to me for equipment can not be used for anything but equipment. But they would send me the money.

I have emailed them back my concerns and questions about the offer, and have not heard back. Also tried to verify with the company about them and have not heard back either.
