I acutally want to talk about how effective this company is for all timeshare purchasing services. Title searches, appraisals, money transfers, are all services provided my Northern Elite Group. This company purchased my timeshare from me back in 2010, and I just recently had my older brother use this company to also buy their timeshare for a very good price. The brokers are very friendly people who are always looking towards getting your the best offer. Everything is usually concluded days before the closing date stated on the contracts. I really rely on this company.

Northern Elite Group bought my timeshare from me without any issues. I was able to initiate the process by signing an agreement stating the amount I was going to receive as well as the closing date which was 30 days after the day we signed the agreement. I sold my Vidanta timeshare to them and everything went smoothly. Closing took place on time after all of the correct information and correspondance was sent via email and I was able to recieve my money via wire directly to my bank account. I recommend Northern Elite for all timeshare issues.
