received a check in the mail for $13,832.45. I won $13,000 in a consumer lottery. It came from Northern Alliance Lottery. It also mentions Best Western Carlton Place . Phone numbers on the mailing. 778-791-8443 and 236-885-6481. There is no return address on the envelope. Their address in the letter is 642 Johnson St. Victoria BC Canada.
