On July 15, 2026, i ordered a pr of shoes. They sent the wrong color. I have tried multiple times to request an exchange or a refund and they do not respond. They did ask that i send pics of the wrong product and packaging but no more response as to how to get my money back or where to send the wrong product. This company should be banned from ads on facebook or anywhere else. Apparently, this has happened alot. SCAMMERS!

I order some shoes from Northend and I have never received the product purchase. I received a call from a vendor from Northend I told him to cancel my order and refund my money to my credit card, but this did not happen. I'm calling the phone number they have 720-706-5933 but no one answer or return your phone calls. I would like my money back asap.
