My information was stolen by molina marketplace Insurance, I never signed up for any of this. I have been on care source for years because I could not afford health insurance. The only place that has my information is care source which is a government insurance. That information was falsely used including my email to sign me up for a program I never signed up for. Once I found out what was going on last year I called to investigate what happen. They opened a case against the employee who signed me up and I never heard anything else from this information, other than it had been canceled. Market Place continues to use my SS# and even though I canceled it twice after hours of phone calls, they continue to show up on my SS# which made it impossible for me to file my taxes.
