Called multiple times (6 in 3 hours), with a computer voice saying the same thing, that there is "legal actions filed on your social security number.." and I should call them back at 720-603-1973. A full voice mail transcript is attached in the image below.

Note: I have not called this number, I have only let the call go to my voice mail.

I sent a resume to an ad on Craigslist for a personal assistant/errand runner. They wanted me to get a "climate controlled" warehouse to receive "coffee products". They offered $700.00 per week salary. Said the owner was in CA getting ready for surgery. Upon receiving a application for employment and website address in my email, I mapped the location in California and it came up as a vacant lot with semi trailers and chicken coops on it. The telephone number for the "store" rejected calls. They wanted me to send in an application for employment, and set up a bank account to receive funds. Did not participate with this, Red flag.Dont do it.

Scammer requested a wire transfer of funds. Scammer posed as president of a non-profit organization requesting wire transfer by treasurer to a bank in Washington. Scammer provided a name, bank name, account number, routing number and address.

I kept getting calls from the number above. I would answer and not say anything and then they would hang up. On the 4th call I got fed up and called back after they hung up, as usual. The person who picked up literally had no idea who he worked for said it was “probably” for Adobe stock. And when I pressed for why I was being called he said he “worked” for several companies and didn’t know which one called me. Asked him for HIS company and he again refused to answer, just wanted to verify my information, which included my full name, phone number and company name. I refused to say anything of my personal info. Told them to take me off the call list & he kept saying the system they had was hard to use and to look me up I had to provide my company name (very adamant about my company info) after several attempts to get me to say this (told him I didn’t own a company, that the company I worked for would never do this, etc etc.) he said he had no idea how he got my number and said he could send out an email to not call me, as if it was a negative thing. “If you don’t provide me the info I can only send out an email” like.. ok?? Go ahead. I know you can figure it out buddy. And then I hung up on him.

Received a phone call from an unknown number, let it go to voicemail.

It was an automated message (the beginning of it was cut off). Blips from the conversation include:

"We are contacting you regarding your tax filings, you will be taken under custody by federal officers. There are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment. Please call us at 5737589044."

No business or personal information provided from the caller, they did not know my name. Cleary a scam due to the lack of details.

Was very forceful in trying to convince me to pay for warranty now could not call me back cause they could not reopen my file....name given to me was Timothy Wheeler financial advisor

Had different payment options if working or retired

I was shocked at the information he had on me and my car---not sure how he obtained this

I just told him I could not take without consulting my husband and that I would call him back and hung up

I called where I had purchased the car and asked them if this practice was used by them They said no and it was a scam to call ScamPulse.com and report.

This place has been calling me at least three times a day for the past week. I have tried calling the number back and it says it's not available. I keep receiving voicemails saying I'm eligible for a granted loan.

Received an automatic electronic voice message phone call representing the IRS. The caller ID came up Prestonburg, KY. They said I was in violation of 4 counts of something and that if I did not call back the police will be at my door in 24 hours to arrest me. You could tell it was fake by the way the way the electronic voice was recorded.

Caller introduces themselves as Amanda and offers free brace for knee and back pain. They state they are working in the spokane, washignton area. Asks if I would like to speak with a authorized medical representative, and when I ask what their business name is, they hang up. They have called multiple times.

The beginning of the call is cut off and doesn't connect until it seems like the persons name they are calling for was cut off the message: "Call asap or you will be taken under custody by local law enforcement. There are currently four serious allegations pressed against your name at this moment we would request that you get back to us so we can discuss this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 516.303.8301. Thank you."

I did not answer the phone...this message went to voicemail.

I recently placed a "mechanics special" car for sale on Craigslist and immediately got a call from a phone number that came up Pennsylvania. He said he was having problems with his phone and proceeded to text. He wanted me to send him a report on the car using the VIN# through a website called http://vinlookups.net. He wouldn't give me even his first name. He basically didn't even know what the price of the car was. As soon as I started to look up the website the scam information came up. I realized quickly this was not right and decided to report it.

Offering relief for chronic back pain, they call multiple times a day from multiple numbers. I have told them to stop calling me multiple time and yet they still call. When they called this morning I asked for there business information, she replied with "do you have Chronic pain, I asked again what is your business information, I was met with an "ummm" click, she hung up, this is beyond annoying and very harassing.

Automated voice used broken grammar in English to state I needed to resolve an IRS issue or in 24hrs I would be "locked in custody". I hung up shortly after because the irs does not communicate through phone calls or text messages about anything.

I received a cashier's check for $2,900. $2,500 of it to be used to purchase e-bay gift cards and evaluate the shopping experience, and $400 to keep for myself as "commission". They followed up the email with a text message making sure I had received my packet. I have signed up to do mystery shopper programs before so I tried to rationalize this in my head even though alarm bells were going off. I googled it to find a news report out of Los Angeles with almost the identical scenario and official looking documents.

Tara Wilson called and stated I was to appear in court 5/11/2018, that certified documents were returned undeliverable, and that I needed to contact 844-336-2572 to work with a mediator to settle the debt. I did not received any notice from the post office about certified mail, and the Delaware court she referred to has no records under my name. She did not give any kind of address.

Business threatened to send consumer to collections. They (business) had the consumers' social security. Business has called him, his wife and daughter. Alternative numbers for business 678-335-6484 and 360-208-1034
