Type of a scam Online Purchase
I came across this very elaborate Auto parts website when looking for some parts for my car. Prices were competitive in some cases (sale items) quite good. I made my purchase and received an email from the company that they got my order. When I filled out an email on how to change my order that's when problems arose. I got no response to my email, so I thought I would call their "hotline" on the banner on their website. Multiple calls over multiple days no answer and no company recording, just a message that the google customer is not available. When I checked the address provided on the website, it is a house in a residential neighborhood. I have since continued to phone and emal...no response. Fortunately I used PayPal, there is currently an investigation through them which I started over a week ago. Still no response from the company.
