They called me first, when I heard them I just said no and hung up. Then they attempted to call my husband and my brother and left the same voicemail. They used my previous married name.

This message is for E******** A******. We have been requested to deliver certified documents involving a pending matter you have been named in.

We do have some questions regarding yourself and the property located at **my address* To address the firm directly handling your file. Their number is 877-879-8517, and refer to your file number *******. These documents are time sensitive as to referencing a complaint being filed against you. Failure to make contact with the firm will leave no choice but to move forward without your consent.

I was contacted via text message by someone named Juliana from Kelly Services (US) with an unsolicited job offer promising a base salary, paid leave and earnings for only 60-90 minutes of work a day.

we have received request from people with this phone #, claiming to be Walgreens, requesting med records. thanks for posting this.

I am a nurse for Goodall Witcher Clinic in Clifton Texas. I have received faxes from a scammer claiming to be Walgreens that are requesting medical records and a signature from their physician for medical supplies they do not need or want. I have ask them multiple times to stop contacting us and sending faxes. They have continued to do so. The return fax number they listed is 830-538-0046 and the phone number is 863-874-0972.

They will not stop harassing employees at the clinic and medical records office trying to get this patient records and it is wasting our time and resources. I am attaching a copy of the fax with the patient's personal information blocked out.
