I couldn't include a photo of the front of the "funds card, bc your Upload feature is limited to one file only.

The letter included my name, my address, and they are asking for my phone number. Their correspondence is all in Spanish. This seems highly misleading high-pressure marketing tactic, commonly regarded as a predatory lead-generation scam. Request that you shut down that predatory agency.
