Allegedly purchased a potty ladder from a company called NOACHE for $39.00. NEVER RECEIVED. Following multiple inquiries of which most were ignored, company said it was in transit. After 9 weeks of waiting, I requested a credit which the company said they could not do. Not sure it really exists since there is NO WAY to contact this company by phone.
