On April 5, 2020 I made a clothing purchase from an on line Business, Annie Cloth, that operates from China. I have never received my purchase. When contacting the Business I was informed that my merchandise shipped on April 9, 2020 by Fed-Ex China. Fed-Ex China referred me to Fed-Ex US to track the item under tracking number ********************. Fed-Ex US stated that records indicated that the Shipper, N&K Trading Company and Mail Order House (business registration number 450479415), had not sent them the package. They gave me their phone number 1-732-348-8096 to contact the Shipper. However, their number is inoperable. The company can not be contacted. The on-line advertisement of their shipping and mail order house boast of their reliability but they give no reference on how to contact them There is no customer service number either. N&K sells items on Amazon and e-bay. I believe they scam online customers into paying for merchandise that gets sent to their warehouse in New Jersey and the merchandise is then re-sold for profit in the US. This must be investigated. Annie Cloth has also poor reviews of customer just as myself who have never received their purchases. The 2 companies are conducting a scam!
