Returned item never refunded after customs delay
Return policy lie and refund delayed after return
I ordered a jacket in size Large that arrived and was too small, likely a size SMALL. I asked to return it and they said I could keep it for 10%, 20%, and finally 30% off the price. I told them that I could not wear it because it was too small and the price was irrelevant.
The item had to be shipped to China (at my expense). It cleared customs 6 weeks later. I sent multiple emails asking if my credit would go through now that the item is returned. They told me that it had yet to arrive to them.
After 2 months, when I asked again what the status is of my credit, they sent a form email saying: "To help us understand the situation fully and provide the most appropriate resolution, please send us a brief summary of the issue you are experiencing, including any relevant order details, concerns, or action you would like us to review."
