I was looking for a supplement to increase my iron at the advice of my doctor. I did some quick Google searching and found this company. I was eager to get started so I made the purchase. I almost immediately began to worry that it was not a great company. So I cancelled my order 4 hours later. I received a confirmation of my cancellation. And then the product showed up in the mail. I immediately contacted the company to say I didn't want the product. I had cancelled the order. They responded that if I took pictures of the unopened product I could return it. I did that. Then they said I needed to pay to ship it back. I pointed out I shouldn't have to pay to return something I didn't want and had cancelled. They continued to push back. All communication has been by email and they take multiple days to respond so this has been going on for close to 4 weeks. I told them I would report them because this is clearly a scam. I have attached a pdf with the email correspondence.
