Ordered 2 pairs of multivisual glasses (Adaptive technology) for $57.12 + $2.00 for shipping protection on April 4, 2026 with fast shipping. It is now April 22, 2026 and still nothing on tracking. I have tried to email the company support 5 times and not a single response back. This place is a scam and I suggest people stay clear from this company and site.

I discovered this company, Nivaleshop.com, through an online advertisement and purchased multifocal glasses from their website that were marketed for individuals in the 65+ age group.

However, the product I received consisted of inexpensive, imitation reading glasses that lacked the advertised multifocal capability and photochromic features.

I contacted the company’s support team at [email protected] multiple times to request a return and refund, but did not receive any response. While the website appears credible and professionally designed, my experience indicates that it is deceptive and operates in a manner that suggests fraudulent intent.

Please be cautious of this operation and avoid making any purchases from its website.
