This message is for a xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx complaints are being filed against you currently and investigation is being conducted against you. We've made several attempts to contact you and verify your residency located at xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx. It is Imperative that xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx contacts the legal department in regards to the matter immediately. The number is 833 7818424 in reference to case number M as in Mary 6131323. This is a time sensitive matter of the address is correct agents will be dispatched to all locations next week. You and your attorney need to contact the legal department immediately. The legal department number is 909 298-6696. I got scammed by a woman that identifies herself as Mia Gomez and a man by John Winston. They tell scare the crap out of you and say the are filing with the court for an old debt from 2018 from a My pay day loan for the amount they claim on a $920.00 loan and they want $2846.92. when I told them I didn't do that They got aggressive and hostile and threatened to proceed with court action if you don't agree to a payment plan. Be Aware they are good at what they do! I don't know how they got my phone number and address and they even reached out to my relatives with the same message as above.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I got a voicemail that was the same word for word as your transcript. They were looking for my ex-husband who I divorced in 2010 😆.

I guess the only satisfaction is that they are getting more and more desperate and having to get creative to keep their antics going.

They’ve called from several numbers, and leave similar voicemails to this:

This is Richard Torres with NIS calling to get legal notification out to attorney ****** complaints are being filed against her and there is currently investigation being conducted we have made several attempts to contact her to verify residency for a property located at *** ********** ***** **** ** * as well as a few others it is imperative that **** ****** contact so legal department in charge of the matter immediately phone number 833-781-8424 case number Mike 613-1955 if there is no contacting the address on file being corrected and agents will be dispatched to all locations on file **** ****** or her attorney needs to contact the legal department at 833-781-8424
