I saw ad for clothes from shop in Nantucket. Dresses and shirts looked terrific so I made a large order. Quality not at all as described and did not fit anyway! I wrote site immediately and repeatedly and have had no response. Finally I tried googling the company phone number and discovered that this is a scam. I am very distressed.

I saw some beautiful dresses on instagram. Pictures were from Nicole’s coastal boutique nantucket.com. Originally 299 address now 69 as they were going out of business. Total scam. What arrived was garbage material and quality of workmanship nothing like the pictures. They return say easy return. When you want to return it it’s now to China. You have to get it there and you pay for it in less than 30 days or no refund and they say but it takes usually 4 to 5 weeks and we’ll give you 10% if you want this parcel refund and keep the product instead. Pure scam … pure fraud.

Presented business as a one-woman owned boutique “just steps away from the Nantucket shore.” Linen-looking clothing which was, in fact, cheap products from China. In order to obtain a refund, I’m told that I must pay for the shipping BACK TO CHINA!!!
