Not much information is included in the email. No law firm address or phone number. It is addressed to Mr. or Mrs. my brother and I split the cost of my home. I am divorced & my brother’s wife passed away. It shows the amount they intend to collect and their letter warns that a delinquent notice along with a team of investigators will be reaching our address and to our employer. We are both retired. I am certain a team of investigators will not be dispatched to collect what she says is a $137 bill. There is nothing professional about this email This is someone who probably sent out many of these emails hoping to get back a certain percentage of them. Scaring just 10 people into paying would get her $1300.
